Hello, I'm writing you from Spain and my carrier is Lycamobile, my issue is that i can't have data on my phone, I have no problem with the wifi, but when it comes to data there's no way to connect, I've configured carefully the APN settings following exactly the instructions of Lycamobile, I called them to configure it themselves but it did not work, I've tried to put my sim card in my wife's phone (Moto G4 Plus) and it works perfectly with the same APN settings, so the problem is not the sim card or the APN settings, What can it be?. One more thing (may be useful) there's a little "R" next to the 4G signal indicator, thank you. 

Lycamobile gave issues also to another user in UK:

"R" stands for Roaming, try to disable it.

Of course, it was the first thing i tried

I guess that the only solution would be sticking to another (and better) carrier...
