imei change

I am living in Turkey. Our customs very strict.
So, I have to change imei number (A 8Max).
I can't change it. Can you help me?

You have misunderstood something if you think that you have to change an IMEI. IMEI codes are not a problem in any customs. Customs may only be interested of IMEI if they try to identify stolen mobile phones.
