Dear Blackview community,

I've been using my BV5000 since a couple of months, mostly for SMS, telephoning, navigation and Internet, all apps installed from Google.
Recently, some gaming apps started installing themselves, commercial pop ups appear on the home screens and the internet browsers go to unwanted commercial sites. That's a pain where I don't like it to have!
The latest Sophos Mobile Security is installed and doesn't detect any malware. I suspect there is malware with root access implemented in the system:
Android 5.1
Kernel 3.10.65+
Build C1_V1.5_20151110

Would an update help?

if you have try to keep the Unknown source off via safety option in setting ?
It may help you to solve the problem.
