After the update on 20161025 (before 20161011) the two loudspeakers work only very quietly!
You only hear something when you hold the speaker to your ear! Neither music, nor ringtone or notifications are heard correctly.
With headphones you can hear normal, even the volume can be regulated. Radio also works properly!
Assuming that the update had a bug was reset to 20161011!
The error is unfortunately: both loudspeakers extremely quiet!
Can this be set correctly by the software again? How do you do that?
Or are both speakers defective? Where can I get spare parts of the BV6000 ?

The BV6000 is otherwise a great mobile phone and I am very satisfied with it, especially if the speakers would work again!

I have the same problem since this update too(20161025)
There are many threads in the forum with people who have this problem.
The last update (20161011) didn't help for me.
