I'm really happy with the phone
However, I've got a problem with the microphone, which I think is a software problem. Normally, for calls the sound input on my side is not very good but okay. However, when I turn on the loudspeaker, it seems to strongly weaken the microphone input. Even if I have the microphone right in front of my mouth, people struggle to understand me.
Is anyone experiencing the same problems? Is there any possible solution?

I don't tried calling with active loudspeaker until now but I whould suggest you testing to disable background noice reduction in the phone app settings.

The loudspeaker is very near to the microphone inside the phone and I guess your speaking is lower than the microphone output for the phone and it could maybe reduce your voice as "unwanted background noice".

I BV 6000 after recording the video is sound. The problem persists even after a shutdown noise reduction, installed another app. camera.

Have the same, maybe even a bigger problem with my BV6000 - often people which I'm calling to, don't hear what I say. I must speak with mouth very near microphone hole on the bottom of telephone, when i have fingers near microphone hole (not covering it), people just don't understand what I"m saying.
And calling with headphones, especially when calling by skype or messenger, and you want to put phone away from mouth, it's just impossible.
Any idea whats wrong?
