Hi All,

Trying to update my awesome blackview bv6000, I have used up all my mobile data in the last 2 days to get this installed. It will either hang/freeze on the Reboot (still on the update page) or the unloading package phase. At this point, I have left it overnight on charge and I am still getting the reboot hang/freeze error

Can you please help<? is this also the update for Android 7.0?
