Good day to you! I buy BV5000 2 month ago,no any problem till last week.When i try to swich on camera,there is message"can not connect camera,close another programms which can use camera or flash".I already make make factory restore,no result. When take out batary it some times help and camera working properly but not more then one day.Please heeeeeeelp!!!!!!!!!!!
