I bought a bv5000 in 23/2/16 in Aliexpress.
From the beginning, appeared in the cell phone applications that i did not downloaded them. At the moment, I can not use it because it just does not stop download software to the cellphone. My examination it turns out that the harmful software came along with the cell phone (a file system that I can not delete them and those softwere was allredy when i open the phone). the problem is not with my google user because it is hapening only in the bv5000. i tried to do hard reset but it did not help.
I bought it from a store VSHOP in AliExpress.
I'd appreciate if you could give me a solution.
