hy everybody,

i come from france , i recieved my BV 60000 wednesday , i m really happy to find a blackview forum!
i meet 2 sound problem:
first:
all call the sound level is on maximun, i set it on each call, and every time i have to set again to reduce , call , i set to the middle, next call the level is mximum....
someone has meet this problem? maybe it's an android 6 problem?

second:
earpiece, incall sound has some crakle from middle setting to the maximum, have you this problem when the volume is maximum ?
