Hallo

I bought recently (10 days ago) a brand new BV5000. From the first day I used only one sim. I tested both slots (standard and micro) but one SIM at a time and always on 3G network. Yesterday I got a second card (4G) and I tried both cards but unfortunately when SIM (standard) is in slot 1 , the SIM in slot 2 cannot be recognized (the slot seems to be empty). When I remove SIM from slot 1 , the slot 2 works perfectly. NOTE : before the use of the two sims I received information for firmware update and I did it . Please let me know how to cope with this problem

Try to install MTK engineer mode app ot find out how to access the engineer menue by USSD code and check the settings. Had the same problem, it is only a problem of the default setting, maybe wrong baseband setting. Just have a look at the engineer menue.
