I purchased a new Blackview bv2000 with the invoice being dated 4 July 2016 when despatched from HK to Australia. Today the overnight fully charged phone turned off without any human intervention and refused to be turned back on following the same procedures that usually turns the device on. I had the battery checked for failure and it registered a working 3.36 volts on a multimeter. Can any tech advise me how this phone can be resuscitated?
