after turning the phone on the screen it was light and there was no picture.

I have to flash this firmware t89j-jk-bv5000-hd-33pgu-128g16g-1851_BV5000_C1_Blackview_V1.2_20160608_R12release.tar

Now there is a backlight, exist sound when i press the volume buttons, light up when i press the Home, Menu.

is it a problem with the screen or I need another firmware?

The peoblem happen just after the flashing ?
Any short video here for us to exactly know the problem ?

Phone was working fine and then lost image.
I switched it on and off, took battery out and back, but only image on the screen is 'Blackview', nothing else.
I can hear messages being received, but cannot view them.
