Hello blackview stuff. My friend from china present me the blackview 6000 . I have the phone around 3 weeks. From the begining i had a few problems with the blackview 6000. It does not see sim card number 1 , not at all . So i use sim card number 2 . But when i did restart the phone ( trying to make sim card 1 to work ) , the phone did not see sim card 2 also . The sim card 2 after a few , 2 or 3 or 5 restarts , is working fine. Sim 1 is dead.
Another problem is the photo's when i use flash are dark , if not flash photo's are about o.k. , but not perfect .
Another problem is when i take video , the sound is very low , distant , with a a lot of noise . But when i play a videoclip from someone else , in viber the sound is strong and good. I hope we can fix it because it is a good looking phone.
I don't know if i need to update the rom or firmware , or what is exactly the diferent between them.

They are the samething, you can follow the manual to get a ROM update.
if still have problem , you may need to contact seller for repair.
