Hi,

I bought a BV9500 (EU version) in 2019. Since then no update (last security update 5th of January 2019. Even manually no update possible. Now I'd like to flash a newer Android version (10 or 11) on my phone but don't know how to proceed.
The build number is: BV_BV9500_V1.0_20190320, Kernel version 4.4.95.

Anyone would know and help?
