I have two Blackwiew phones, the BV9900 pro and the BV6300 pro. Both phones have worked well. One thing that worries me, security updates for both phones are from last year (2020). BV6300 pro security update 5.6.2020 and BV9900 pro security update 5.10.2020. And there will be no upgrades even as promised

I also need an security patch update. The update i have now is from 05.10.2020. This isso old that intune company portal does not let me log in to my work email before this is updated. In other words, the phone is useless and i have to buy another phone if this is not fixed asap.

I have BV9900 Pro.  I live in the US.  Also my system has not updated since June 5, 2020.  Its still running Android 9.  I am unable to update the OS or the patch level.  There appears to be other owners out there with this problem.  Yet it was announced that Android 10 was ready for BV9900 Pro: https://www.zdnet.com/article/blackview-bv9900-pro-to-get-android-10-upgrade/  A month later Android 11 was released to the public.  Android 12 is being announced and these model phones are still running Android 9 with no updates.

Please help.

The hardware is really great, if you could just catch up with the software updates and bug fixes it would be unbeatable product. The only thing that stops me from recommending 9900 Pro to my friends is the software development - this is really a weak spot for BlackView. You make great products, but obviously the programmers cannot catch up and even 1 year old models are being abandonded. 

If you can publish the code for older products you can be sure that the open-source community will come up with some great ROMs. Or you can use LineageOS for example which is a great choice - just a suggestion.

BV9900 pro costs 700 € in Finland and BV6300 pro 330 €. A total of more than 1000 €. The BV9900 pro is the most expensive Blackview model in Finland. I needed a phone with a thermal camera and BV9900 pro was a good option, it has helped me in my work. Why these phones are updated regularly. There are a lot of features that you are not afraid to use because security updates are not up to date, e.g. mobile payment. I have been following the discussion in the forum and this same problem is present on most Blackview models.

I also must say that I am abit worried.
Security updates for Android are issued nearly monthly.
I don't see the point where this get's difficult.
Please at least fix the security patches as soon as possible.
