BV-9000pro-f USB no fastcharge no data exchange on PC

 My Blackview BV-9000pro-f  won't fastcharge and no data exchange on PC but OTG (USB Stick on Adaptor) works

I have reset the Device to Factory settings but the Problem remains. I can only charge the Device at normal speed 8 hrs charge time :(

Hello, please use the correct way to charge the phone, use USB
