Since the summer of 2020 I have a BV5500 Plus and I'm quite happy with it. A few weeks ago, I wanted to put a micro SD memory card in the slot provided for this purpose but it creates disturbances for me to receive and send my SMS/MMS messages as well as disturbances in the functioning of the installed applications.

When I remove the micro SD card, the phone works a little better, and when I put my SIM card in the slot No. 2 the phone works perfectly.

I changed my SIM card, restarted my phone several times... without success.
