I have Blackview BV9900 (non Pro).  Has it HID multitouch function?

I want to connect it to external display with touch function (Asus ZenScreen Touch https://www.asus.com/Displays-Desktops/Monitors/ZenScreen/ZenScreen-Touch-MB16AMT/) via USB-C cable, but this device cant recognize BV9900. (I successfully connected with other phone)
