earphones mode problem

earphones mode problem

After unplugging the earphones minijack i always have to restart my BV9500 to get back to normal speaker sound mode. Is there a fix for that? Please note that this always happened (since new). Thanx for the attention. JP

Hello, press *#87# to test it whether it can work or not
