I'm a proud owner of a blackview BV9100, bought a year ago on Blackview's Aliexpress official store.

A weird problem arised some weeks ago. Sometimes the touch screen stops working. The only way to get it to work again is using the lock button to lock device and wake up it again. Then the touch screen works again perfectly.

Tried to reboot the device. Uninstalling the lasts apps installed. Erasing the cache of all apps. Changing the defauld android launcher by novalauncher.

It is absolutely random. It can happen twice in a minute, or one time in a day. Please, Have any of you heard something similar to that? Is there anything I can check? Any advice would be very appreciated.

Sorry if I posted on the wrong board. I can not find a board for BV9100 only.
