I have before a BV5800 pro and no problem to scan a nfc tag. There is few times, i change for a BV6300 pro, and now I can't scan the same nfc tag.

When you scanned, do you put it in the right place?

Yes, I try to scan with an other device and it works.

Can you use a wireless charger to charge it? The position is different with NFC.

Can you tell me the position to the nfc on the phone?
