Hi,

Since a few days i cannot charge my phone properly and apparently its a faulty charger port. I tried several usb plugs and cables.
 I bought this phone almost a year ago, so its still under warranty. However, I´m currently in Auckland/New Zealand and am struggling to find a repair service that will replace the charger port under warranty.
Can someone here help me out ? Unfortunately the BV Customer service i was talking to was not very helpful. They would send me a charger port but i can not replace it myself.
The other thing is the extremely unreliable GPS. I can not use GPS google navigation in the city because the GPS location jumps around in a radius of 1-200m all the time and it is constantly renavigating me. Does someone have a solution for that, please?

Hello, maybe the Small board is broken, is The network enough good to use GPS? Could you check it? When did you purchase this phone?
