a friend of mine has the problem, that the internal speaker of his BV6800 Pro does not work any more or better "he does not hear anything unless he switches to the "external" speaker. The "external" speaker is for me the speaker, which can be heard from people around someone. The "internal" one is the one, only the user of the smartphone can hear. I think that the "internal" is labelled "receiver" in the manual.
Is there any possibility to deactivate the "internal" speaker of the device if it is not rooted? In- and decreasing the volume doesn't change anything.
We are searching for any solution to the problem to exclude "human misconfiguration"
