Hi, friends
I have BV9600E and it has a little bug.

I explain it:
The phone has notification LED (I know it has 3 colors - GREEN when charge is OK, RED when it is charging, and BLUE when has notifications). So, you cannot change it for example: Whatsapp usually uses green color on notifications (you can change it on whatsapp config but doesnt work because android dont let it to change). Also, there are some app to config LED colours (like LED BLINKER, LIGHT FLOW ... and many others) wich can administrate LED colours but doesnt run, because ever its BLUE colour.

The error is simple: on BV9600E cannot change BLUE colour for example to personalice on application.

Must be correct this error in a firmware update ???

Hello, the color can't be changed but you can close it.

It is not productive. I want a LED to put different colours on different notifications. It is only BLUE, and BV9600E has a multicolor LED, so this firmware blocks it. An update is needed !!!

Hello, This can't be changed according to our sercet settings, this is the different brand, if every brand is the same settings, why we need to create the new rugged smartphone.

I don’t think changing these LED lights would be a good decision

LED notifications are set by the software department according to the product and do not need to be changed too much

Why cannot I use a LED management aplication ???    Because android system block this feature in this phone !!!!

In BV9700 Pro this feature runs perfectly. In this model (BV9700 Pro) you can assign GREEN color in whatsapp notifications and runs, but in BV9600E you cannot  !!!!

I cannot understand the difference between them. In some models you can, but in anothers you cannot..
