BV9800 PRO will it get an update to Android 10?

Hi BV representatives.
I need a clear confirmation on this subject. BV9800 PRO, Will it get an update to Android 10? UE version!
I have a BV9800 Pro? I live in Belgium and I would like to know if you are updating it to Android 10 any soon or not.

Hello, BV9800 series is not planning to Update
