I asked customer service if it was possible to know when Android 10 will be avalable on our phones.

They respond me : "No, it can't update to android 10."

I have a question : why ?? This phone was released in octobre 2019, and it can't ne updated to the last version of Android who is on the market since a few month already??

My husband has a 3 years old One plus who is now on Android 10...

I've seen tutorials to install this on my phone but it was made by customers and seems difficult.

Can you explain why the brand tell me it's impossible, but random people have prouved it is possible please? I'm very curious.

The phone is one year old (October 2019) , and android security patch is even older (August 2019)
No OTA updates ever released , no fixes no improvements , nothing
