Hello.

I purchased a Blackview BV9900, and I have a problem.

I installed some applications on this phone, I went to SETTINGS ---- ACCESSIBILITY ---- DOWNLOADED SERVICES to enable the programs I want. But when I enable them manually, they automatically disable a few minutes after, or when the phone is restarted.

My question is how to keep the programs enabled.

I installed the last update of android system, and disabled the battery optimization of the programs I want .
