Bv9900 faulty, 4g lte, Bluetooth, temperature sensor, screen jamming.

Good afternoon.

My brand new Bv9900 is not working on many levels.

Bluetooth is not working at all.
Phone boot loader test failes the Bluetooth test and the Rf test.

Bluetooth will flash another device name for a second then it's gone and takes a full restart to get it to just flash again but no pairing or connecting.
I have tried all the battery options, duraspeed off, power savings off.
I even did a full hard reset from bootloader and nothing.

Next problem is the rf test failed in bootloader, no registration to lte.
I have accessed the handset testing mode via the dialer. *#*#4636#*#* and lte is on and provisioned switches are all on.
The problem is now, the ims is not Registered for volte.
The device won't do a manual operator provision.
So no phonecalls in my area because our towers are all brand new 4gdigital.

The temperature sensor is out by 15 degrees.
The screen looses touch ability and freezes once every few minutes.

Vodafone nz say that unless Bv contact them directly to have the Bv9900 provisioned for New Zealand the phone is not usable on 4g in Nz even though all the bands are active.
The phone seller Rugged Phones Nz refuses to help at all.

Please help, it's been 3 weeks of trying to get this phone to work here in Nz.
