Hi, everyone! I buy 2 phones BV9500. After 8 months of operation, one phone is charged only in the off state. 
The second phone does not charge at all. At the same time, the battery charge indicator on it glows red. I assume that the problem arose after a software update.
Has anyone come across this? Otherwise, the phones work fine.

Which version had you updated?
