I recently purchased a BV9800pro and I am quite pleased with it.  I have no outstanding issues with performance or quality.  I did update to the latest version of software as of June 2020.

I enjoy using the thermal camera.  I enjoy using the Youtube live feature in which i can actively stream the thermal image for security purposes.  This is useful if you want to see if nightime critters are eating your bushes or if the local dog is trying to get in your trash.

However, I would like to connect my thermal imaging camera directly to my PC without going through youtube.  I have tested this using several apps like droidcam and ipcam.  Both of these work, but neither allow for the option to switch to the thermal input.  Both programs allow me to select the front and back main cameras.  Why is there no other options.  The phone has 4 cameras total.

I have come to the conclusion that the software on the phone doesn't provide adequate image headers for the thermal camera, thus it will not work with windows.  Since it does work with youtube, this would seem to be a software issue.  Could you please provide an update to this so we can select any camera output?

Note: I also contacted FLIR and they said this was an issue with the phone that they could not fix. I sent a ticket in on the same issue.
