OTA Update

Hi Blackview,

I am using BV9500.

Currently my firmware is
BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20190320_20190320-1730

How do i get the lastest firware?
I saw on the forum someone update it to
BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20190320_20190814-0920

I already try going to
Settings > System > About Phone > Wireless Update
and press check for updates, but it state that
Your device's software is currently up to date.

So how do i update? Can i have the file so i can do the local updates?

Expected android update? The device would handle it and many would be happy for it. (Bv9500 pro)

Hello. Here's a screenshot of the latest version/update my phone received (it's from March 2019). My opinion is that BV should update the software due to security risks.

Blackview,
I am running firmware BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20190320_20190320-1730 and would like the update.  My IMEI is 359616090044124 Slot1 .
