Not charging

Tue Jun 09, 2020 7:55 pm

Hello!
I am new to this forum and have been googling around the issue where my BV P10000 Pro is no longer charging, it is the second time this happened and the first time it was sent to seller under warranty and got fixed but started having the same problem about a year later.

The phone was bought oct 2018 and when contacting seller again about this issue they claim warranty has passed and I am therefore left with a lovely and great phone that has served me well but it no longer accept charge.
I have tried different charger and cable without result, I am sad since I really love this phone and it is great to run pokemon go on which I do often due to physical disability I need the exercise.
I have not found any posts or information on the cause of the problem, is it the port, charging board, software issue? I have sent a mail to your support asking about manufacturer warranty but I suspect there is none, I have an avid interest in electronics and love to tinker however due to the complexity of the charging on the phone I would need more understanding on the workings of the phone to repair it on my own.
Of course the best thing would be to sent it in for service but the cost of that repair is outside my budget, a very nice friend of mine gave me this phone because he knows my limited finacial situation and that pokemon go is very important for my well being. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Best wishes and kind regards

Richard
Creative tinkering is to be able to recreate, rebuild and improve everything you set your mind to.

Hello the same thing happened to me, this happens because every day I loaded my BV P10000 pro you just have to do a little cleaning with a smartphone specialist and everything is solved
