If you have a BlackView night camera (NVC-01), you will find on this phone the night camera app is not part of the ToolBag. You will have to download the app and install it separately.  The QR code that came with my camera downloaded v1.3.2.  This does not work with this phone. You need v1.7.3, which was emailed to me by BlackView support.  Don’t forget you need enable OTG on the phone as well.
