BV9900 not booting. Help!

Mon Mar 16, 2020 12:41 am

Hi,

My BV9900 switched off. It was stuck with Blackview & android logo. Not possible to restart. Tried to restart on "recovery" mode and "fastboot" mode. Not possible.
Now is still stuck with Blackview & android logo & this screen is running every x time.

I can't switch off the mobile, it remains stuck.

What to do?

Thanks!

Hi,
The BV9900 has been in a bootlooping this night, untill the battery was empty. It does not charge. If I plug the charger, it enters in a continuous bootloop. It boots, remains stuck at the Blacview & Androif logos screen for a time (seconds, minutes) and restarts. That in a continuous loop without starting.

I'm so worried. What to do!?
Thanks!

Hi,

I was searching on this forum and found a guide that explains how to flash the stock ROM ov Blackview on my BV9900. I succeeded in flashing the stock ROM -downloaded directly from here- and the problem has not be solved. The behavior of the smartphone is exactly the same:

- Bootlooping when started in normal boot.
- Recovery mode not working.
- Fastboot mode not useful for solving the problem, because of the OEM lock.

I have been triying with SP Flash Tool (v5.1924 for Windows), as suggested here in the forum, to make it work.
I tried with two of the options that are available after introducing the file "MT6779_Android_scatter.txt":
- Fistly, the suggested "FIRMWARE UPDATE" option.
- Secondly, the "DOWNLOAD ONLY".

Note that I didn't try the "FORMAT ALL & DOWNLOAD" because of I hope it will be possible to update without erase my user data. However, because of the smartphone hasn't been working for at least one week, my priority is now to make it work properly.

Note too that I was only triying to solve the problem with the stock ROM from the Company that sold me the smartphone (Blackview Official Store), and so I think that should not affect the warranty attached to my purchase.

Please, finaly note that I don't need by now to flash amy custom ROM. I only want -and *need* my phone to work as it has been working for several months without no serious problem.

I'm worried about all of that.
BV9900 is a very good phone that fits all of my needs.
The best smartphone I ever had.
Love it!

Please, some help needed!
Thanks a lot.
