Is there a way to get ANT+ sticks to work with the BV9700pro to be able to connect to various fitness items which use this connection?

The ANT+ sticks are found and identified correctly when stuck into an OTG adapter, but the ANT Tester is not able to find a ANT HAL service and the permission to use ANT hardware is not available for ANT Radio Service.
