I need help setting up my phone and unlocking my SIM card is there anybody that is out there that able to help me that's not in China right now had the phone for 5 days nobody at metro is able to unlock it that's incredible there's no service you buy from Amazon that they don't even know how to unlock it what type of product is this no service behind it

You need to contact your network providers to unlock your SIM card.
