A serious problem with my new BV 9900. Impossible to use a USB key nor SSD external disk. There are no problems with my Xiaomi smartphones but no detection when plugged to the BV 9900.

Hardware problem? Any suggestion? Am I the only one facing this problem?

Very disappointed for an 400 EUR smartphone...

I'm having the exact same issue across multiple SDcards. Also the internal TF slot isn't picking up any SDcard I add.

A simple USD 90 Redmi smartphone can read without any problem a 1 To SSD drive. The most rugged smartphone in the world couldn't???
