Since the phone came out in summer, there has been no functional update or any detectable activity from BV side. One "update" was released here in the forum, but it doesn't (and never did) work. Is it safe to assume that BV has lost all interest in the device as soon as it was released, and that we won't see any improvement? In that case - even though the BV9600 (2019) is a great device hardware-wise - I would really regret having spent over 200 Euro on an orphan device...

No reply after a full month - so that means yes, the device (and all those who bought it) have been forgotten by BlackView. Too bad, what a waste of money, having bought a totally unsupported phone.
