Data on 3 or 4 G Networks failure - Not connected

This phone has the P60 processor and Android 8.1

If I am using WiFi and when I leave the house or office turn it off to avoid battery usage, despite I do have the data settings in the cellular settings it tells me that I have no internet connection.
I must re boot the phone every single time !!!!!!!! I am fed up with it.
I do have 2 BV 8000 Pro with Android 7.1 and the other with version 8.0 and that problem does not happen.

What is going on Mr Blackview????

Did you turn on the cellular in both data usage and mobile data?
