Hi everyone,
Don't know if the problem is myself doing something wrong or not but....
I have the phone for 3 years now, but never needed to transfer many videos. 
At the moment, the phone is somewhat full, and i decided to backup and delete most of them.

The problem:
I inserted the cable and it did nothing...it simply doesn't recognize an external storage to where i want to move the files...

What am i doing wrong?? 
I have other phones where we need to activate the OTG function. At my BV6000s i don't find that option (if exists)... can anyone give me a hand??
