This problem happens often when my wife calls me using speakerphone on her iPhone. When she turns off, I hear no more echo on my Blackview.
I've never had anyone on the other end of a conversation tell me this about by BV9500, no echo, as I almost ALWAYS have to use speakerphone or headphones/mic to place calls on the BV9500, as since it was practically new, people are always telling me that my voice is cutting in and out when talking in normal phone mode. My biggest complaint about the BV9500. It says software is current, but it is quite old and not updated sadly. I read that there was an active noise cancellation software issue and a fix that the updates took care of, but it seems as if the phone user has to go through great lengths to find and install any updates, as the phone itself checks and tells you that it is up to date, but the software version is actually quite old and out of date,
