My blackview max 1 drains the battery pretty fast, even without using the screen or the projector.

Tried to check for updates (OTA) but there's none available, tried manually using the one provided here in the forums but after the max 1 reboots a picture of Android robot appears saying "error" then reboots again and I still have the same problems.

I cannot even flash the phone using official ROM because I don't have the same version.

2 days with a brand new phone and I'm starting to regret buying it.

Already sent email to blackview regarding this and regarding my "surprise card" but didn't get any answers. Can someone help please? Thank you

To the blackview admin, I cannot reply to your pm because I'm new here, so I'm answering you here.
I downloaded your ROM version for blackview max 1, and them used the "wireless update" and selected "local update" then selected your ROM, the phone begins to copy files and then reboots, after reboot, the phone enters in recovery mode and starts installing the update, after 2 seconds the robot appears laying down with his belly open and the word "error" appears, then the phone reboots automatically and starts normally with the same version that it had before (Max1_eea_a809_v1.3_20190225v28_20190225-2024).
And I did a test, I used the phone from 100% to 0% using Only Wi-Fi, YouTube, an HD video of 5h, and the projector, let it play until the battery died after 4h3m with the phone extremely hot.

Did you get any help from Blackview on this?
