Together with my BV9700pro, I acquired the W1 wireless charger, I put the cell phone on the charger and the LED changes from green to red, the red LED flashes and is not fixed, moved the cell phone in different positions and keeps flashing, even so the cell phone marks that It's charging, is this normal? I also notice that it heats up during loading.

The LED do keeps flash while charging, Some of the power is lost during wireless charging, which generates heat.

Then it is normal for the red LED that is flashing during charging.

LED lights will flash all the time in low power condition
