It would be possible to have new bv9500 ROM to directly update with SP Tools?
Thank you very much

We've been requesting it for more than one year... And been waiting for more than one year...

I am not sure which firmware version you need. You can judge by version date.

Thanks for your reply.
First of all, for BV9500, the last firmware available is from 2019051717, can we expect soon a newer one?
Then concerning the procedure:
For the BV6000 with "SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1716_Win" the procedure was to select "DOWNLOAD ONLY" and then there was the option to uncheck userdata in order to keep them and that the flashing doesn't overwrite them.
Where is such option for BV9500 with "SP_MDT_exe_v3.1836.00.01-A2018.11.06-v1.0-custom" https://mega.nz/#!Xb4GxICK!Ft18_QZHzlOV ... -Y9MhhUdd0 ? In the video for BV9700 Pro you indicated above, we can see at the very end that there is a DL(userdata) OK so I understand this overwrites the userdata so it is then needed to reinstall everything on the phone, which is obviously a long and annoying task...
Any solution to bypass this problem?
