Suddenly, for no apparent reason, my phone, the bv8000pro simply stopped projecting sound through the ear speaker at a discernible volume, I can barely pick up the sound if I am in a very quiet room and I have tried everything that I could think of and that you suggested. This seems to be a common problem on this phone which I truly wish I had known before I spent almost $400 on a phone that was supposed to be indestructible virtually. I already went into engineer mode as suggested and changed receiver and speaker to 240 and nothing has happened, is there any way to fix this issue on this phone I bought from Amazon about a year ago? Please give me some help because I cannot spend another $400 on these phones, everything else works perfect and I am very pleased with it but now I cannot hear any callers unless I put it on speaker phone.Thank you for any assistance you can provide, I would really appreciate it and it would be a true blessing, again thank you.
