I purchased an A20 Pro from Amazon and it the touch screen has become faulty, top left area not responding.
It states in the listing it has a 12 month warranty but this is out of the Amazon 30 day return policy.
I've contacted the email (firstname.lastname@example.org) on the Amazon listing for support but received no response.
Amazon are telling me to contact the manufacturer directly! Can anyone help me with this or am i left with a 3 month old faulty phone i cant return?
