Hi,

I setup up my phone the first time and decided to redo it, I did a hard reset but nothing had changed when I rebooted, I flashed the firmware with the SP tool, but when booting everything was still the same, if I install/uninstall apps, change the wallpaper etc, the moment I restart the phone it goes back to my original setup.
Any ideas?

Try to perform an hard reset from the recovery menu:

Hi,

I have tried that, I have even sent the phone into Blackview in South Africa, they are saying "the phone is not coming right. we might have to change the mainboard. the one it is no longer flash-able.", but this phone is brand new
kelly@blackview.hk does not seem to be answering emails. 
What else can I do?
