Hi there, unfortunately it isn't officially available to be downloaded and flashed. 

Finally got it to work again. 

I flashed this ROM using SP Flash Tool.

After flashing, everything worked except Calling/SMS/Mobile internet. Somehow the IMEIs got lost. (*#06# shows empty dialog)
I reset the (default, that the phone got shipped with) IMEI by using the build in "EngineeringMode" App.
You get into that typing *#*#3646633#*#* or simply searching the PlayStore for EngineeringMode App.
Under Telephony->GPRS you can set your IMEI, after pressing "Write IMEI", its important to reboot.
Now everything is working again.

Even tho, in my opinions its pretty impossible to permanently brick MTK Phones.

Such rom hasn't been officially released from us. It as a backup of unknown origin. Flash it at your risk!

so release original rom for such cases!!

Original backup of rom ANDROID 8.1. 
only use flashtool and this rom.
fixes the red chinese letters in top right screen if you downgraded to android 7.1.1 like I did.
android 7.1.1 ROM has MTK ANDROID TOOLs so you can fix IMEI under GPRS MENU then install. then download and install this

BLACKVIEW P10000PRO ANDROID 8.1 ROM   After you install it you can update one via wireless. You are welcome
