Recently received my new R7 phone however after android crashed, phone will not boot up. Phone only displays Blackview logo and goes no further. I have tried recovery mode but no fix. Suspect I am going to need to flash ROM but need to find the file and procedure. Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you know approx how long it will take to publish the file as I have only had the phone 1 day and it's failed:(

The rom is published, you can check the ROM board of R7.
And feel very sorry to tell now we have no manual to teaching flash this.
We need some time to arrange for it, hope for your understanding.

What is the warranty situation with this unit ?.

As mentioned this phone is 1 day old and developed a fault that has deemed this unusable. You have kindly provided a rom release but as I am not aware of the procedure, there is nothing else I can do to be able to use this phone.

The phone did work for 8 house but crashed and now only boots to Blackview logo and no further.

Any suggestions regarding replacement or repair?
