First of all you have to close the App: INTERCOM DIGITAL . When this application is activated, the phone charge is very limited. By doing this step, your cell phone should load much faster. I went from getting a 10% charge in 2.5 hours to 10% charge in just 30 minutes.
If the problem persists, it will be necessary to change the Cable USB and do not forget to close the application INTERCOM DIGITAL.
